The ZenPlugs Process

The performance of Dr Toby Bateson's stethoscope disappointed him. As a result he developed the unique ZenPlugs process in 2009. Despite being of high quality, the earpieces did not last long and soon split; he was determined to do better.

He spent some time on research and in his shed experimenting with different materials. Finally he hit on the perfect formula for the thermoplastic.  The exact recipe is a trade secret.
