If you were stranded on a desert island and you knew you could take only one item with you then what would you choose? Your laptop? Teddy bear? Favourite pants? Mine would definitely be my ZenPlugs Molded Ear Plugs. I have two reasons for this; the top reason is so that I would be able to sleep at night. I hear that desert islands are terribly noisy places at night. With tropical birds screeching as well as the notorious storms battering the palms. With my favorite ear plugs in-situ I would be able to sleep soundly all night.
What Would You Take To A Desert Island With You?
The other reason I would take them is that I would be swimming in the lagoons and tropical waters and I wouldn't want to get swimmer's ear. With no doctors or eardrops I would need to rely on my antibacterial hearing protection to keep my ears free of infection. They are also joined on a cord and brightly coloured so if I dropped them whilst sauntering along the beach I would be able to find them easily. Lasting for years they should do me until a passing ship could pick me up.
